Some of the most interesting things about the Aosta Valley region is some of the ways to get there. There are two engineering marvels allowing you two dramatically different ways to get to the region. One is to go over the mountains via cable car which would give a fantastic view as well as an exhilarating ride or you could go through the mountain using the Mont Blanc tunnel.  With the area so full of sporting adventure you might think the region may be lacking in sightseeing attractions but that would be a mistake. The region has 32 attractions to see, some being museums, galleries and ancient buildings. The list of museums below and the towns they are in or near  may be of interest to you in each city.
